Birthday Party Presents

Olivia and Lorelei have been invited to their little friends birthday party this afternoon and as kids have all the toys under the sun these days, I just love to give a homemade gift.

So I made these beautiful hairclips, t-shirt with butterflies and a paper tole butterfly.

Aren't these just beautiful - just tie a bow and thread a small metal crocodile clip through the knot. So easy.

And I was so please with how the t-shirt turned out - a bit of fabric, vliesofix, and embroidery thread. Using the Vagabond and cuttlebug die to create the butterflies and then get homemade on the stitching to create this look.

And finally, this is just georgous. Again using the cuttlebug die and cut 7 butterflies, ink the edges and underside of each butterfly. Using glue dots, attach the centre of each butterfly and fold up each layer of the wings. Once this is done, go back through each wing and using a pop glue dot prop up each wing - this will ensure they don't drop flat over time.
So what do you think?
